Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us. To see, change or cancel yours, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are not able to issue them ourselves, but tell us what went wrong and we will help where we can.
If you reinstalled the app or changed device, open the paywall and tap Restore. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with.
The number of meals follows your weekly budget. A tighter budget buys one main meal a day; a larger one adds lunches and then breakfasts. Raising the budget in your profile and regenerating will produce a fuller week.
Costs are estimates of typical grocery prices, not live prices from any retailer. Use them to compare meals and stay roughly on budget, not as a checkout total.
If every alternative we found costs more than the week can afford, the swap is refused and the app tells you so. Raising the budget or regenerating the whole week gives it room to work.
Photos are generated after the plan itself and appear a few seconds later. If they are still missing, check your connection and reopen the week.
Deleting the app removes everything stored on your device. For plans stored on our servers, email us and we will explain how to send your installation identifier so we can delete the matching records.
